Here's a method to get rid off Ants without using spray chemicals!!

Okay, this method worked for me so many times, I don't know if it will work for you, but it's worth a try. When I was pregnant with my daughter, we had Ants crawling on some of the walls of our bedroom. It was disgusting and I didn't want to spray any chemicals to kill off the ants either because my 2 year old son would get into things so I didn't want him touching it. I did some research online and found a method which was safe and it was using baby power to get rid of the Ants. Now Baby powder of course will not kill the Ants on contacts, but it will throw them off track and some of the Ants will not be able to find their way back to the nest and eventually die. The Ants will not come around that area either where baby powder is place at, so that's awesome! Hopefully it will work out for anyone else who has an Ant problem in their house!

How to treat sinus at home.

I have been suffering from sinus from a very long time. There are times when I just lay on the bed because of headache. Sometimes headache do not alleviate at all even after taking medication.
I have taken so much headache and sinus medication that I am sick of it. One moment I am fine and without knowing the moment my headache knocks me down.

This happens so frequently that it has destroyed my life after work, this is because I go home and sleep forever because of chronic headache.
Recently I was surfing online to find a solution for home remedy or the changes that I could bring to my lifestyle to get rid of headache. And I came across this very easy solution of getting rid of sinus.

Neti pot, it is a pot which is used for sinus treatment. It can be found at various location such as cvs, walgreen etc. I got one from walgreen. So how does a pot help with sinus.

The way it works is you have to make a saline mixture inside your neti pot and left it traverse from one nasal passage to the other. The saline mixture comes along with the netipot when you first purchase it but after that it comes as a refill.

Once you use the saline water to clean your nasal passage , you get relieved. You must try it to believe it. Its a awesome product.

Why is sprout good for health?

Recently I had a discussion with my friend regarding the benefits of sprouts for health.
Everyone understands that sprouts are good for health but what is the reason behind it.

Why is sprout of same beans that we eat is good for health?

The answer that I found from my research is, when the seeds are soaked in water, the
complex compound contained in the seeds are broken into simple ones such as
total proteins, fat, certain essential amino acids, total sugars, B-group vitamins, and a decrease in dry matter, starch and anti-nutrients.

Therefore, it proves to be good for health.

Share your findings...........
