Yeap it is possible to lose weight safely and quickly, here are the rules to lose weight quickly and safely:

1. Drink water and get rid of all other drink that you drink.

2. Stay active,start exercising twice a day. Go swimming or cycling in the morning then go on a long walk after lunch

3. Control and watch you eat. Try to eat mostly fruits or veggies and non fatty meats. avoid breads and grains.

Just wanted to share my learning experience of iphone development you guys, Anyone working on it please share the information, so that we can help each other during the process.

Things required for the learning the development of iphone apps are:

1. Mac book
2. Xcode the IDE for iphone development

I downloaded the Xcode which is pretty huge in size. I will keep everyone updated about my learning.

Recently I had to start my apache server. My site is hosted with godaddy and all of my traffic is handled by the tomcat server. This time my apache server went down.

I have started the apache server from the user interface that godaddy provides but I had disabled the panel due to the amount of memory that it was using.

Therefore, I logged into my server using the SSH putty.exe. Once I logged into it change the user to super user and entered the following command.

apachetl stop
apachetl start

The first command is for stopping the server and the second command is for starting the server.
