I'm taking esthetics in school right now and in my theory class we touched base on nutrition and how it can affect the skin. I can not think of any specfic foods that are good for it but I can say that anything with a nutritional value to it such as fruits and veggies is good as well as anything that has antioxidants in it has an anti aging effect on the skin. So yes blueberries and cranberries espically are a great for helping to keep your skin from aging! We also went over harmful habits that affect the look of your skin. Here are some things that contribute to how your skin can look and feel.
1. Excessive Smoking
2. Excessive Drinking
3. Large Doses of Sunlight without Protection
4. Excessive chocolate and sugar intake
5. Stress
6. Unbalanced Diet
7. Drug Use
The key that I have is balancing your food and water intake with exercise which everyone needs at least a half hour a day.

Out of the list that you listed Franticemo, I only thing that I cannot control is the stress. Maybe you know the ways to relieve stress. It would be great if you could share those information with us.

Emili, I do not have a specfic list as how to de-stress
but some things that I have tried that may help you is:
Taking long walks, Try having a little pamper session including:
A home made mask and bubble bath - have some candles lit and
some soft music playing and then treat yourself to a glass of wine
if you drink it really helps, excerise such as stretching and yoga, reading
a book can help, Meditation is good as well,And also if the money is there
just a relaxing spa treatment can be a good way to get out and enjoy yourself
I'm sure there are many other ways to de-stress but I only wanted to list a few.
I hope some of those help.

Yes, a nice long walk will help
you with your stress. Fresh air
does the body good. At night
before bed,sip a nice cup of
Chamomile tea.The soothing
liquid will make you feel more
calm and relaxed.
