Dry,brittle and breaking. If this describes your nails
your'e not alone. We need to protect the nails on
our hands and feet. Maybe their neglected during
the winter months. What do you do to get them back
in shape. How can we have perfectly manicured nails?

I buy my products at Wal-mart and they have some nail strengthening products which helps a lot especially after taking off the fake nails. But the polish won't work overnight, it actually takes a few weeks to strengthen the nails, but it's worth it! After that you can just file your nails evenly and paint nail polish over to make it look nice!

Fake nails can really damage the real
nails. Make sure you keep them clean.
They can easily become infected.Always
soak them in solution before trying to remove.
