Yes, I have had a very bad experience with platos closet, where they pay you very less for the items that they wish to buy, they pay us dollar or two and sell it for 12 dollar or 20.
I think its not fair. So it better to take matter into hands if you have time.

I think it is best to sell directly
if you can. People should get a
fair price for items their items.
It's better to give it away sometimes,
instead of selling. Find someone that
can really use it.

Does anybody shop for clothes
on ebay? How are the prices? Are
the clothes nice,or do they look used.
I guess it depends on the seller. Is it
cheaper to shop on ebay or in the stores?

Yes, I think Plato's Closet is rip off, because my sister has a lot of cute brand name clothes and she went there with two large bag and they picked out all of the cute clothes but only gave her 13 dollars! Come on her clothes were worn once or a few times, but were in really good condition! I went there and shopped for some clothes too, but they sell them for a higher price than what they pay to the owners. People beware and check out the place first!

I would have taken my clothes
back. Most stores that buy used
items offer very little for them. They
can afford to pay more,it's just greed.
If you are trying to clean out the clutter,
donate instead of selling.

I agree, I think I would have felt more better donating my clothes than getting back nothing for it! : ) At least when you donate your clothes you know your doing something good, which makes you feel good as well!
